Katharina studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute New York before she became a Scholar at the Skript Akademie Berlin where she studied screenplay writing and film dramaturgy. As a writer, Katharina has developed multiple screenplays for short and feature films and more recently, serial audio formats. For her work, she was rewarded with scholarships and grants, invitations and award nominations. Katharina is an alumna of prestigious Film labs such as Sources 2, Torino and EAVE. She is a member of the German Screenwriters Guilt DDV and of EWA network. Katharina also works as a translator for international films and series with a focus on Korean productions. She lives and works in Berlin.
